Road Call Fee
The Road Call Fee is charged to every customer for each visit and encompasses the following:
- Travel time to and from your location within the state of Arizona.
- An estimate for your repairs.
- Coverage for return trips to and from local parts stores if needed for authorized repairs.
- Return road call trips for installing authorized parts from a previous service call.
- Debit/credit card payment processing fees.
- Shop supplies, personal protective equipment, and disposal fees.
$169.95 Road Call Fee
The First 50 miles to your location within the State of Arizona are included. $2.25/ per mile there after.
Billable Hours
Invoices are compiled according to experience within the Recreational Vehicle Industry. Billing for jobs is determined by the estimated labor times, using the Industry Flat Rate as a general framework.

Company Warranty
Arizona Mobile Pro Service is committed to delivering exceptional quality and upholding strong ethical standards. We provide our customers with peace of mind, ensuring that any repair we perform is backed by a 30-day labor warranty on our workmanship. Additionally, all parts installed will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
If an error occurs on our part, we will take the necessary steps to remedy the situation.
*Limitations include the customer's unit location, part failures, and any repair deemed by AMPS as non-warrantable.
Manufacturer Warranty, Insurance Claims and Extended Warranty
At present, Arizona Mobile Pro Service does NOT handle MFG Warranty, Insurance Policies, or Extended Warranty Contracts. However, customers can still obtain services from Arizona Mobile Pro Service and then request reimbursement from their provider if they wish. It is the responsibility of the customers to manage this process independently. An invoice will be provided upon completion of the work, which can be utilized for reimbursement requests to your Manufacturer or Extended Warranty. We are always happy to assist you with your RV.
