Membership Subscription Terms


* All memberships are billed on a Monthly or Annual basis. Customer cards are securely stored and charged on the 1st of each month. Customers have the option to call in and update their payment method as needed. The minimum membership duration is 6 months. If a membership is canceled before reaching 6 months, the full subscription balance becomes payable. Late payments will incur an additional fee of $25.00 each month. By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree to these terms outlined above.
