Frequently Asked Questions-


  -The Annual Inspection/ Health Report is an overall Physical, Cosmetic, and Functions Check of your Unit. It is what Dealerships refer to as a PDI. Typically a scheduled 1/2 Day  Appointment.


- Winterization/De-winterization can be traded for any Appliance Service you would like if the climate you live in does not require winterizations.


-The Road Call Voucher only redeems a Road Call Fee, it does not cover repair cost or guarantee availability, appointment time, and dates.


-Appointments are Typically Always scheduled to prevent overlapping customers, and to provide availability  to Membership  Pro Service. If an "Emergency" Call comes up then Arizona Mobile Pro Service LLC will service all customer needs  as quickly as possible in order of Members first.


  - Vouchers can be redeemed at anytime to schedule an appointment, if the appointment is an "Emergency/After-hours"   Call Only 1 Road Call Vouchers will be necessary for Appointment but voucher does not guarantee appointment availability of Same Day Service.


- If Business is Closed for Holidays, Medical, Vacation or Family Time, a voicemail will be setup stating time and date of reopening, as well as an email to all members.


      -Membership Road Call Fee Vouchers  can not be traded/gifted or redeemed to anyone other than purchaser.


       -Membership Road Call Fee Vouchers will expire if not redeemed within Annual Membership time frame.


       - The Premium Membership Program can be revoked/cancelled by Arizona Mobile Pro Service LLC at anytime for reasons the LLC deems to be valid. We have the right to refuse service.
